Ingredients chosen for quality, sourced with care

Our peanuts are grown in Bangladesh, much of them in the country’s char regions, and roasted to a profile developed specifically for Dhaka Dough. Our black seeds are also locally grown, largely by small-scale farmers.

Almonds are not commercially grown in Bangladesh at the quality and volume we need, so we use imported almonds sourced through trusted local suppliers and select them carefully for quality.

For our oils, we keep processing simple and produce in small batches, using cold pressing wherever specified.

We prefer to be precise about where our ingredients come from rather than make claims we cannot verify. Good ingredients, careful sourcing, and honest food are the foundation of what we make.
